My story
How I work
The name
Why El Realtor de los Hispanos
Across Central Florida I'm known as El Realtor de los Hispanos. Honestly, I'd rather be remembered that way than by my own name.
It describes what I set out to do: make real estate understandable in Spanish for people who have been told that owning a home is out of reach.

The method
Nothing gets signed without understanding it
Buying a home involves credit, financing, inspection, appraisal, title and insurance: six specialties, each with its own paperwork and deadlines. That can feel overwhelming in a second language.
I explain everything in Spanish, for as long as it takes. In my transactions, nothing gets signed until my client truly understands it.

What I stand for
Clarity, preparation and honesty
Clarity means explaining each document until it makes sense. Preparation means the right price, lender and inspections. Deals can fall apart over details, so I follow them closely.
I advise every client as I would my own family, even when the honest answer is 'not yet.' My business grew through word of mouth, and I take that responsibility seriously.

Today
Who I work with
I work with first-time buyers moving on from renting, buyers choosing new construction, sellers who need more than a sign in the yard, and local and international investors putting their money into Florida.
From Kissimmee to Orlando, Saint Cloud, Davenport, Clermont, Lake Nona and Winter Garden.
